Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
- Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
- Review documentation and medical records for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations and other relevant healthcare laws.

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in acute care, nursing administration, home care, assisted living, or related settings.
- Strong background in nurse management, home health, care plans, and documentation review.
- Familiarity with medical records management and Medicare guidelines.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
